"RATEROS, mi papa fue cliente por mas de 10 años asta este 4/19/25 mi pa fue a renovar su polisa de casa lo cual tenia que pagar $1,098 dolares, la señorita laura le atendio, mi pa le llevo $1,000 dolares en billetes de $100, ella le dijo a mi pa que faltavan $98 dolares los cuales mi pa le entrego en billetes de $20 y $10 ella dijo que no tenia cambio, pero de su bolsa personal le dio a mi pa $2 dolares en cambio, el lunes 4/21/25 ella ablo diciendo que faltavan $100 dolares, como pueden ser tan inprofecionales, si mi pa conto el dinero, lo cual ella tambien conto el dinero antes que mi pa dejara la oficina, los clientes siempre pagan los errores de estos desgraciados, les salen mal las cuentas y buscan la forma, el resivo de mi pa dise pagado total"

They always tell me he’s not in the office and can’t call me back when he is because he’s never there. I have been trying to resolve an issue since January and no luck."
